1 Rupee Value was reprinted for use in 1921, This time, it was printed from the New plate ordered originally for Ottoman post use, showing Tougra as single devise rather than the correct stamp plate of Double devise. The – error – was not discovered for several months as the Tougra was obscured by the Overprint. This particular stamp was used mainly in Telegrams
