This Medallion have the Bust of President Saddam Hussein, which is exactly same as the one on the 250 Fils/50 Dinars Gold/100 Dinars Gold, all of which, was minted in 1980, that is why I think this one is Minted in 1980 also. It is very likely that this medallion was minted in Gold too.
